There is lots of work happening to address the complex challenges our community faces. Working together amplifies our individual efforts to build a better, more equitable community in which everyone can thrive.

Toward Common Ground is a collective of community organizations working together to improve well-being across Guelph and Wellington County. Members are supported to identify shared needs and participate in community-based and collaborative planning, decision-making, and action. By fostering relationships and sharing insights and empirical evidence, we facilitate joint efforts to create a healthy and vibrant community for everyone.

We invite community service organizations, community funders, researchers, and businesses who share our vision and values to join as members.
