Program planning and evaluation

We can help you plan an evidence-based program and design and implement a comprehensive evaluation—or support you with the parts you do not have the time or expertise to lead. We will support you throughout the whole program lifespan, from developing a logic model and clear objectives to reporting and communicating your program’s impact.

Technical and grant writing

We can help you write a variety of communications to support decision-making, such as briefing notes, policies and procedures, training, reports, and grant applications. We will work with you to clarify the problem you plan to address and clearly articulate your solutions. We use your ideas to write a clear and compelling story so your audience can understand your message and take action.
